CPC Guangdong Provincial Party School (Guangdong Administrative College) – New Campus

On the morning of March 23, the new campus of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Party School (Guangdong Administrative College), located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, was officially opened. Huang Kunming, Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and President of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Party School (Guangdong Administrative College), unveiled the plaque for the new campus. Meng Fanli, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and Governor of Guangdong Province; Huang Chuping, Director of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress; and Lin Keqing, Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, attended the unveiling ceremony.

The relocation and construction of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Party School (Guangdong Administrative College) represents a major initiative by the Provincial Committee to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s important discourses on Party school work, and to promote the high-quality development of the province’s Party school cause from a long-term perspective. Situated on the east side of Tianlu North Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, the new campus began construction in July 2024 and was completed and handed over in December 2025. Covering a land area of approximately 346 mu, it is divided into three zones—South, North, and East—comprising a teaching support and student dormitory area, an international exchange center, and a logistics support area, with a capacity to accommodate 4,500 people in training simultaneously. Upon full operation, the new campus will further expand the school’s educational space, optimize its facilities, help raise overall teaching quality and standards, and better drive the high-quality development of the province’s cadre education and training work.

Feng Zhonghua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, Director of the Provincial Organization Department, and Secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, presided over the unveiling ceremony.

Also present were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, secretaries-general of the Provincial People’s Congress, Provincial Government, and Provincial Political Consultative Conference, responsible officials of relevant departments under the Provincial Party Committee, members of the school’s leading body and faculty representatives, and representatives of departments and units that supported the relocation and construction project.
